Website + Portal

Your website and your intake, in one place.

Everything in a Website Build, plus custom features like application or intake portals, booking, member logins, or payments. It starts with a fixed-price 2-week Blueprint ($3,500, credited to the build): a plan, a diagram, and a phased budget you can take to a lender or investor.

Is this the right fit?

Start with the challenge.

If your clients apply, book, or log in, a brochure site isn't enough. I build the site and the portal behind it: application or intake forms, booking, member logins, or payments. We start with a 2-week Blueprint, so you know the plan and the price before the build.

  • Applications or intake still arrive by email, paper, or PDF.
  • Staff retype the same information into two or three systems.
  • You need a clear plan and budget to take to a lender, board, or investor.

What we can work on together.

The proposal confirms which activities are included, the systems covered, and how we will validate the work.

01

A fixed-price Blueprint

Two weeks, $3,500, credited to the build. You get a written plan, a diagram of how the pieces fit, and a phased budget you can take to a lender or investor.

02

The website

Everything in a Website Build: custom pages, working forms, Google setup, and secure hosting in your name.

03

The portal

The custom features we agree on in the Blueprint, such as application or intake forms, booking, member logins, or payments.

04

Security and handover

Access controls, tested backups, and a document that explains how it all works, so any developer could pick it up.

I'm a web developer, not a marketing or ad agency, so ad campaigns, social media, and ongoing SEO retainers aren't included. Content and photos are supplied or approved by you. There's no 24/7 or emergency coverage. Payment processors, booking tools, and other third-party services have their own fees and terms. A portal is not a compliance certification; if you handle sensitive or regulated data, we cover what that means in the Blueprint.

A clear path forward.

  1. Step 1Blueprint
Two weeks to map what you need, who uses it, and what it should cost. You decide whether to build from there.
  2. Step 2Build in phases
I build the site and portal in the phases from the Blueprint. You review each phase before the next one starts.
  3. Step 3Launch and hand over
I launch, test with real forms and accounts, and hand over the logins, documentation, and training.

A few things you might be wondering.

Bring a short description of who would use the portal and what they'd do there, plus any forms or spreadsheets you use today.

Why start with a Blueprint?

Portals vary a lot. Two weeks of planning gives us a real scope and price instead of a guess. The $3,500 is credited to the build if you go ahead, and the plan is yours either way.

Can I use the Blueprint to apply for funding?

That's one reason it exists. The plan, diagram, and phased budget are written so a lender, board, or investor can follow them. How they decide is up to them.

How do payments work?

The Blueprint is paid up front. The build is half to start and half at launch. If we build in phases, each phase is priced and paid the same way.
