Website Build

A website that matches the business you've built.

A 5–10 page custom site for an established business. I help with the words, set up contact and quote forms, Google Search Console, your Business Profile, and analytics, and put secure hosting in your name. You get a training video so your team can update it.

Is this the right fit?

Start with the challenge.

Your business has grown. Your website hasn't. I build a 5–10 page custom site that loads fast on phones, sends every form, and is easy for your team to update. Hosting, backups, and security are part of the build, set up in your name.

  • Your site looks older than your business is.
  • It's slow on phones, or the contact form doesn't reliably send.
  • You can't update it yourself, and you're not sure who can.

What we can work on together.

The proposal confirms which activities are included, the systems covered, and how we will validate the work.

01

Words and structure

I help you write the pages and plan what goes where, so visitors find what they need in seconds. You approve every word.

02

Forms that reach you

Contact and quote forms that send to the right inbox, tested before launch.

03

Found on Google

Google Search Console, your Google Business Profile, and analytics, set up and connected.

04

Secure hosting in your name

Hosting, tested backups, and Cloudflare under your own accounts, plus a training video so your team can make updates.

I'm a web developer, not a marketing or ad agency, so ad campaigns, social media, and ongoing SEO retainers aren't included. Content and photos are supplied or approved by you. There's no 24/7 or emergency coverage. The proposal lists exactly what's included.

A clear path forward.

  1. Step 1Plan
A call, then a written scope with the pages, features, fixed price, and timeline. Half is due to start.
  2. Step 2Build and review
I design and build the site. You review it on a private link and ask for changes before anything goes live.
  3. Step 3Launch and hand over
I launch, test the forms, and hand over the logins, a short document on how it's set up, and the training video. The second half is due at launch.

A few things you might be wondering.

Bring your current site address if you have one, two or three sites you like, and a rough idea of the pages you need. That's enough for a first call.

Do I own the site when it's done?

Yes. The domain, hosting, and code are in your name from day one. If you stop working with me, you keep everything, and the handover document lets another developer pick it up.

Do you write the content?

I help. I'll draft and edit pages with you, but you know your business best, so you supply or approve every word and photo before launch.

How long does a build take?

It depends on the number of pages and how quickly content comes together. The proposal sets the timeline before we start, and you can watch progress on a private link.

Let’s talk about your website.

Tell me what your site needs to do and what’s getting in the way. I’ll tell you honestly which option fits, or if none do.
