For agencies and web teams
A technical partner for the requests outside your wheelhouse.
Your clients ask about servers, cloud bills, and security. You’d rather not guess. Send those to me. You keep the relationship, and I handle the technical work.
Who handles what.
What I take on
- Servers and infrastructure problems beyond the website itself
- Cloud bills that jumped or never made sense
- Security and access reviews
- Moving clients off outdated or locked-in infrastructure
- Performance fixes at the infrastructure level
What stays with you
- Design, builds, and content
- Your WordPress work and hosting setup
- The client relationship
How it works.
Step 1Send me the problem.
A short email is enough. A quick call with your client is optional.Step 2I scope it.
I quote it plainly, to you or to the client, whichever you prefer.Step 3I do the work, you stay the main contact.
I report back to you, and your client hears from you.
Why an agency would trust me
I’ve retired unused servers, cut about $100k a year in cloud costs, and moved outdated infrastructure to Cloudflare and Linode for about 40% faster performance.
Read the case studiesQuestions agencies ask.
Are you trying to take over our hosting?
No. If your clients are on a managed host you already use, that's your arrangement. I'm here for the technical problems around it.
What if the client already has an IT person or provider?
Then I work with them. I agree on responsibilities, access, and approvals up front so nobody is surprised.
How do referrals work?
Flexible. A referral fee, white-label work under your name, or a straight handoff. We agree before the first project.
What kinds of clients are a fit?
Organizations with real servers, cloud accounts, or systems that need attention, not simple brochure sites.
Got a client with a technical problem?
Send it over. I’ll tell you honestly whether I can help.
