Retainers provide scheduled support. They do not include 24/7 coverage, emergency SLAs, unlimited work, major migrations, or third-party fees by default. Included capacity, response targets, and billing terms are set in the agreement.

How many hours are included?
Service capacity is defined in your agreement based on the covered systems and planned work. The public monthly investment range does not imply a fixed number of included hours.
Is this an emergency support service?
No. This is scheduled cloud and security support. Response targets and escalation arrangements are agreed, and 24/7 or emergency response is not included.
What happens when we need a larger change?
Major migrations, new capabilities, or work beyond agreed capacity are reviewed and estimated separately before proceeding.
