Bring a high-level list of your systems, recurring maintenance needs, current providers, and monthly budget. We will discuss whether the required support fits the available capacity.
Service capacity is defined in your agreement based on the covered systems and planned work. The public monthly investment range does not imply a fixed number of included hours.
No. This is scheduled cloud and security support. Response targets and escalation arrangements are agreed, and 24/7 or emergency response is not included.
Major migrations, new capabilities, or work beyond agreed capacity are reviewed and estimated separately before proceeding.
Tell me about your environment and the outcome you need. We’ll review fit and talk through a practical approach.
