Submission does not create a contract, guarantee availability, guarantee a proposal, or reserve a project start date. InnoNative Solutions will review the inquiry and recommend a next step when there is a potential fit.

Inquiry information is used to evaluate and respond to your request. See the Privacy Policy for storage, email, attribution, retention, and privacy-request details. Marketing consent is not required.

After you submit

What happens next

The qualification process protects both sides from rushing into the wrong scope. An inquiry starts a review; it does not automatically lead to a fit call or proposal.

  1. 1

    Submit the project inquiry

Share the business need, desired outcome, capabilities, timeline, investment, and decision process.

  2. 2

    InnoNative Solutions reviews the submission

The information is reviewed for fit, readiness, scope, and the most responsible next step.

  3. 3

Qualified prospects are invited to a fit call

A focused 25–30 minute conversation clarifies the problem, priorities, stakeholders, and constraints.

  4. 4

A recommended approach and scope are developed

Straightforward projects may move into scoping. Unclear or technically complex work may begin with paid discovery.

  5. 5

The proposal is presented and approved

When there is a mutual fit, the recommendation, scope, timing, responsibilities, and investment are reviewed together.

  6. 6

The client completes onboarding before work begins

The agreement, deposit, intake, content responsibilities, communication, and project milestones are confirmed.

Fit and discovery

InnoNative Solutions is best suited for organizations seeking a strategic website, commerce or workflow system, or custom digital platform—not a basic low-cost brochure site. Not every inquiry will be a fit.

Paid discovery may be recommended when requirements are unclear, technically complex, dependent on integrations, or shaped by multiple stakeholder groups. Discovery creates the requirements and roadmap needed to estimate implementation responsibly.

Messaging and copy

An engagement may include messaging strategy, page-purpose planning, headline guidance, and practical refinement of client-provided copy. Those services help make the customer journey clear and useful.

Full professional copywriting from a blank page is scoped and priced separately when needed. Photography, video, complete brand identity, and other specialized services are also defined in the proposal rather than assumed.

A submission is an inquiry, not an agreement.

Submission does not create a contract, guarantee availability, guarantee that a proposal will be provided, or reserve a project start date. Work begins only after the scope and proposal are approved and onboarding requirements are complete.
