Information you choose to provide
Project inquiries may include contact information, organization information, project needs, desired outcomes, timing, budget range, stakeholders, referral source, and other context you submit. Lead magnet requests include an email address. This information is used to respond, evaluate fit, deliver requested material, maintain lead records, and support the business relationship.
Service providers
The site may use Supabase to store inquiry records, Resend to send confirmation and notification emails, Vercel to host the site and provide Web Analytics, Sanity for published content, and Algolia for site search. These providers process information according to their own terms and privacy practices.
Analytics and attribution
Vercel Web Analytics provides aggregated traffic information without using cookies. Page URLs are reduced to their path before they are sent so query parameters and fragments are excluded.
When Google Analytics is configured, it loads only after you select “Allow analytics.” Google Analytics may then use first-party cookies to measure visits, sessions, traffic sources, and conversion events. InnoNative Solutions does not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, freeform form responses, or prospect-entered website URLs in custom analytics events.
With analytics consent, the site may retain first-touch campaign parameters, the initial landing path, referring domain, and a timestamp in first-party browser storage for up to 90 days. At submission, available campaign values and page attribution may be included in the inquiry record. Query parameters are normalized and length-limited before use.
Browser storage and your choices
The site stores your analytics preference in first-party local storage so a declined choice does not trigger repeated prompts. If Google Analytics is configured, you can reopen Analytics Preferences from the footer. Declining or withdrawing optional analytics removes stored first-touch attribution and does not block the website, project inquiry form, search, or other essential functionality. Browser controls can also remove local storage and analytics cookies.
Retention and security
Inquiry records and related communications are retained as needed for follow-up, business administration, legal obligations, and recordkeeping. Analytics retention is controlled partly through the settings and policies of the analytics provider. InnoNative Solutions uses security-conscious practices, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
